Handling
This activity is perfect for getting the basics right for any keeper, any age, any ability. This exercise is used at grass roots as much as it is with professional keepers. Keep your eye on the ball, get your set position right, get your hands ready and make sure you get the technique right first. Watch for the key points … and be sure to practise this as much as you can.
